Within the DISA J-9 OSMaaS program, I integrated AI-driven automation into product suite development — spanning UI/UX frameworks, metrics tracking pipelines, and knowledge management workflows. The work balanced technical implementation with operational realities: solutions had to be trustworthy, explainable, and usable by the people depending on them daily.
