I lead IT modernization initiatives at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), translating mission requirements into secure, scalable solutions that support warfighter readiness.
As a GG-13 IT Specialist and Project Manager in DISA's HCA Operations and Command Division, I manage full lifecycle projects coordinating across cybersecurity, network operations, and mission partner organizations.
My work includes incident response coordination across DoD agencies, development of the OSMaaS product suite (UI/UX frameworks, metrics tracking, AI-driven automation), and strategic IT modernization initiatives. I've led rapid response teams through critical infrastructure events, delivering executive briefings on complex security challenges and negotiating solutions across multiple DoD agencies.
Before DISA, I researched 5G infrastructure vulnerabilities and foreign intelligence gathering risks while pursuing my minor in Anticipatory Intelligence at Utah State—research that continues to inform my approach to DoD IT operations.
I hold an MIS degree from Utah State's Huntsman School of Business (Security, Data Management, Finance), industry certifications, and an active security clearance.
Currently focused on advancing DoD mission support through AI-driven automation and strategic IT modernization.
